使用說明:

1、取出耳塞，用食指和大拇指將其搓細；

2、另一只手將要塞入的耳朵向上向外提起(這點很關鍵)并保持住，然后將搓細的耳塞圓頭朝向耳朵，塞入其中；

3、用手扶住耳塞直至耳塞在耳中完全膨脹定型(大約要持續三十秒左右)。

【如何鑒別耳塞的好壞】

　　1.慢回彈效果

　　彈性太大，防噪音耳塞膨脹時壓迫外耳道皮膚，可引起耳脹、耳痛等不適；彈性太小則不能與外耳道緊密接觸，隔聲效果降低。所以必須觀察耳塞的回彈速度，回彈時間越長則質量越好。

　　2.柔軟度

　　柔軟度直接影響到耳塞佩戴的舒適程度

　　3.表面質感

　　有些耳塞摸起來黏黏的，戴在耳朵里還會粘住耳道的皮膚，應盡量避免購買。 的鑒別方式就是把兩只耳塞緊緊地粘在一起再分離，看他們分離的時間，越快越好。
